This full-time position is perfect for engineers passionate about connected vehicles, electronics, and product innovation.
As part of the engineering team, you will play a key role in developing next-generation electronic modules for BRP’s product lines, including Ski-Doo, Lynx, Sea-Doo, and Can-Am.
Key Responsibilities – BRP Careers 2025
- Collect requirements and specifications (TRD) for various product lines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Define system and software requirements for embedded modules.
- Validate modules and coordinate all validation activities.
- Perform functional validations on vehicles before production.
- Ensure products meet functional, quality, and performance standards.
- Act as the interface between software development, validation, and product line teams.
BRP Careers 2025 – Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Bilingual (French/English) essential.
- Strong interest in digital user interfaces and recreational vehicles.
- Analytical mindset, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of embedded systems, electronics, and integrated software.
BRP Careers 2025 – Assets:
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Knowledge of BRP methodologies and vehicle architecture.
- Programming skills in Android Automotive, MATLAB, embedded software.
- Experience with ETAS INCA.
