Tds viral gopalganj news, The court has delivered a major verdict in the infamous Atal Pandey murder case in Gopalganj district of Bihar, India.
District Judge-12 Dheeraj Kumar Mishra’s court has convicted two accused, including former state president of CPI (ML) INAUS, Jitendra Paswan.
The sentencing verdict in the case will be announced on February 13th. The convicted accused include Jitendra Paswan and his accomplice, Shriram Bhagat.
This case relates to the murder of student Atal Pandey in the Vijaypur police station area. Upon the court’s verdict, the police took both accused into judicial custody.

The prosecution presented the video and his presence at the scene as strong evidence.

- Defense: 17 witnesses
Despite this, the defense was unable to prove the accused’s innocence. APPs Anil Kumar Sharma and Vinod Pandey presented effective arguments on behalf of the prosecution.

Preparing to Appeal in the High Court Following the conviction, defense lawyer Ajat Shatru stated that the verdict would be challenged in the Patna High Court.
